SUPPORT THAT STARTS WITH UNDERSTANDING.

Coaching to help you understand your ADHD, master your strengths and build habits that work for you.

ADHD Coaching

Small steps. Steady progress. Real change.

ADHD Coaching

Coaching can be genuinely transformative for people living with ADHD who feel overwhelmed, dysregulated and stuck in unhelpful patterns.

I offer an empathetic, grounded coaching space where you can feel safe, seen and supported. My approach focuses on building trust in self, confidence and practical ways forward without shame or pressure. Sessions are collaborative, giving you room to explore change in a way that feels steady and sustainable for you.

I’m a qualified, fully insured ADHD coach through Barrett Coaching and Training, a programme dual accredited by the Association for Coaching and the Universal Coaching Alliance, reflecting recognised professional standards and ethical practice. I also hold an ICF accredited Level 1 Associate Coach Diploma. My work is supported by regular supervision, ongoing training and my own coaching and therapeutic practice.

Initial Free Conversation

Initial Free Conversation

A simple conversation to understand where you are right now.

A calm, no‑pressure chat to understand what you’re looking for, what’s feeling difficult, and whether coaching is the right fit. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions and get a feel for how I work.

Goal Setting & Foundations

Goal Setting & Foundations

Clarifying what matters and building from there.

If we decide to work together, we start by clarifying what you want to change or improve. We explore your strengths, patterns and priorities, then shape a few clear, realistic goals so coaching feels focused and supportive rather than overwhelming.

Ongoing Coaching Support

Ongoing Coaching Support

Consistent coaching to help you turn insight into everyday change.

Regular sessions where we work on practical tools, mindset shifts and real‑life challenges. This stage is about building confidence, creating sustainable habits and making life feel calmer and more manageable - with support that adapts as you do.

Things you might want to know

Get Informed

Before you book, here are a few things people often want to know.

What exactly does an ADHD coach do?

An ADHD coach helps you understand how your ADHD shows up in daily life and supports you in building practical strategies that actually work for your brain. That might include improving organisation, managing overwhelm, strengthening emotional regulation, or creating routines you can finally stick to. Coaching is collaborative — we work together to identify what you want to change and how to get there in a way that feels achievable.

How is ADHD coaching different from therapy?

Therapy often focuses on emotional healing, past experiences, and mental health conditions. ADHD coaching is futurefocused and actionoriented. We look at your goals, your challenges, and the systems you need to thrive. Many clients work with both a therapist and a coach, but coaching is not a replacement for clinical mental health support.

Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to work with you?

No, many people seek coaching because they suspect they may have ADHD or recognise ADHDlike traits. Whether you’re diagnosed, exploring the possibility, or simply looking for support with focus, motivation, or executive functioning, coaching can help you gain clarity and build tools that make life easier.

Do you accept Access to Work ADHD clients

Yes. I work with clients who have Access to Work funding for ADHD or neurodiversity‑related workplace support. Once your award is confirmed, you can name me as your chosen coach and we can begin sessions. If you’re not sure how to apply or what to ask for, I can guide you through the steps so you feel confident and prepared.

No pressure. No expectations.
Just a conversation.

No obligation. No follow-up unless you ask for it.
