AWARENESS. INSIGHT. INFORMED LEADERSHIP.

When workplaces understand and support different ways of thinking, performance and productivity improves.

Neurodiversity in the workplace

Coaching. Training. Keynote Talks.

I spent more than twenty years navigating the workplace with undiagnosed ADHD, moving through startups, private equity, SMEs and FTSE organisations while constantly worrying about passing probation or making it to two years’ service.

I often felt misunderstood and out of place. Over time, this took its toll - burnout, anxiety, depression and a constant sense of overwhelm. I also suspect that this lack of awareness on both sides contributed to several of the “redundancies” I experienced along the way.

This lived experience is what drives my work today. Neurodivergent people often bring perspectives and ideas that help organisations see things differently.

Creating Neuro-Inclusive Cultures

I collaborate with experienced neurodiversity and cognitive‑diversity professionals to share grounded, relatable insight that builds strengths‑led resilience, empathy and psychological safety, helping teams collaborate better and work more productively.

Through employer and employee coaching, training and talks, we equip leaders and teams with the confidence to recognise neurodivergent strengths, reduce barriers and create environments where people can thrive rather than simply survive.

We focus on both needs‑based and strengths‑based adjustments, and on the importance of psychological safety and empathetic leadership. These are essential for neurodivergent employees and, in truth, beneficial for everyone.

Talks, Training & Workshops

Helping organisations develop neuroinclusive ways of working that strengthen communication and support healthier, sustainable productivity.

This matters because it helps organisations improve performance and productivity, reduces friction, misunderstandings and burnout. It also strengthens retention and engagement, builds confident and inclusive leadership.

Keynote Talks

Honest, personal stories about living and working with a brain that never quite matched the script. Talks that lift the lid on ADHD, belonging and the quiet courage it takes to keep going.

I speak about the years spent trying to keep up and hold everything together - the redundancies, misunderstandings and the sharp sting of RSD; the quiet devastation of being told you’re “not the right fit” when no one sees the full story.

I talk about the turning point of diagnosis, the relief of finally understanding myself and the gentler way I began to see my own story. I share what it meant to find my shape again, and explore what workplaces can learn from all of this: the value of empathetic leadership and the small, human shifts of understanding that unlock talent, support productivity and create cultures where people are met with curiosity rather than judgement.

Things you might want to know

Neurodiversity in the workplace

Here are a few questions relating to this subject

What topics do your keynote talks cover?

My talks explore my own lived reality of ADHD at work - the not‑fitting‑in, the masking, the redundancies, the RSD, burnout and the turning point that came with finally understanding my brain. I share honest stories, practical insights and the lessons workplaces can take from them.

Who are your talks and training sessions for?

I work with organisations of all sizes - from small teams to large corporates. My sessions are designed for leaders, HR, managers, neurodivergent employees, and anyone who wants to build a more supportive, strengths‑led culture.

What does your workplace training include?

Training focuses on understanding neurodiversity at work, reducing friction and burnout, boosting productivity and collaboration, building psychologically safe environments, and creating strengths‑based adjustments that actually work in real life. Everything is practical, human and grounded in lived experience.

Can your sessions be tailored to our organisation?

Absolutely. Every organisation is different, so I tailor talks, training and coaching to your culture, challenges and goals. We can focus on productivity, leadership, team dynamics, employee wellbeing, or specific workplace issues you’re seeing.

What makes your approach different?

Everything I speak about comes from lived experience - years of not fitting in, being misunderstood, the emotional challenge that comes from rejection, and eventually learning how to work with my ADHD rather than against it. I speak from a place of honesty, vulnerability and real-world understanding.
