ADHD coaching is a supportive, reflective process designed to help you understand yourself better and develop practical strategies that suit the way your mind works. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric care.
I am not a clinician, therapist or medical professional. I do not diagnose conditions, offer medical advice or provide crisis support. If you have concerns about your mental or physical health, please speak to your GP or another qualified healthcare professional.
Coaching focuses on the present and the future — your goals, habits, strengths and challenges. While we may talk about past experiences to give context, coaching is not therapy and should not be used in place of therapeutic treatment.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions and wellbeing throughout the coaching process. My role is to support your thinking, offer perspective and help you explore options, but the choices you make remain your own.
If at any point I believe that another form of support would be more appropriate, I will say so openly and, where possible, signpost you to suitable services.
By working with me, you acknowledge that you understand the scope and limits of ADHD coaching and agree to take responsibility for seeking additional professional help if needed.
